REQUEST FOR PASSPORT PHOTOGRAPH
As part of the drive to raise funds and publicize the UWC in
Nigeria, the Executive Board plans to produce a brochure
(Information booklet) to serve as promotional material.
You are, therefore kindly requested to supply us a 2 X 2 passport
photograph of yours to be included in the brochure. You are also
requested to make a short bio-data to be inserted in the brochure.
Your most urgent response to this would be highly appreciated.
